Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Wine Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through multiple channels, building great relationships, and helping them curate their wine collections.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage directly with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other sales channels
• Diligently log calls, emails, and customer information into our CRM system
• Work in our office to help customers with pickup orders and provide exceptional customer service
• Remain open to undertaking new tasks based on shifts in company objectives
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in the wine business
• Phone sales experience is recommended
• WSET or Sommelier training is recommended
• CRM experience is recommended
• Strong willingness to engage in outbound phone/email efforts to build relationships and drive sales
• High level of computer literacy for various tasks, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Typing speed is crucial for success in this position
• Awareness of when to escalate issues to leadership or other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience
