">Your Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the development of creative briefs and support the end-to-end creative process. ">
- Liaise with agencies, vendors, and sales partners to facilitate marketing activations and ensure flawless program execution. ">
- Support the management of account-specific co-op marketing budgets, including PO creation, invoice reconciliation, and monthly tracking. ">
- Maintain internal documentation, including campaign trackers, budget sheets, seasonal calendars, and recap reports. ">
- Coordinate wholesale marketing events, digital go-to-market, retail activations, external/internal meetings, and sell-in meetings as needed. ">
What You'll Bring:

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within wholesale, trade, or retail brand marketing. ">
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. ">
- Experience supporting campaign execution, project coordination, and cross-functional communication. ">
- Familiarity with managing marketing budgets, purchase orders, and invoice processes. ">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (budget tracking, PO logs) and PowerPoint (presentations, recaps). ">
- Understanding of digital marketing platforms and asset coordination across ecommerce and in-store environments. ">
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables with precision. ">
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external coordination. ">
