About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating distribution, shipping, and receiving of finished goods and raw materials to and from warehouse locations throughout North America and the delivery of raw materials from international locations.
Maintaining inventory records, including receiving, processing, and shipping, is a critical aspect of this position. You will also be responsible for reconciling inventory on a monthly basis with all contract warehouses and co-packers.
Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining quality control logs on newly received materials, finished goods, and stored inventory; creating CoA and inventory assignments for customer shipments; interfacing with customs brokers and freight brokers to import product; coordinating production materials and raw product for production runs; maintaining rapport with remote warehouse staff; registering and maintaining product registrations and reports with regulatory agencies; maintaining a log of quality complaints; and responding to customer inquiries.

- QC, lab, or regulatory experience an asset
