Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by safely and efficiently moving their automobiles to designated parking locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests upon arrival, opening doors, and explaining valet procedures while providing exceptional customer service
- Provide valet parking services, including loading and unloading luggage, providing information about facilities and events, and directions to local attractions
- FOLLOW PROPER SAFE DRIVING PROCEDURES AND REPORT ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS OR POTENTIAL DAMAGE CLAIMS
Requirements:
- Current valid driver's license
- Pass Motor Vehicle Record Check according to insurance standards
- Age 18 years or older for driving purposes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manual transmission is preferred
Working Conditions:
The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside. The worker can be exposed to extreme heat/cold temperatures.
