JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and adventurous Teen Adventure Counselor to lead groups of teen campers on exciting outdoor adventures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and lead groups of up to 12 teen campers on outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and rock climbing.
- Develop and implement creative programs and activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all campers and staff.
- Collaborate with the tripping director to plan and execute trip itineraries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of experience working with teenagers in a camp or outdoor setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
