The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire top talent and fill requisitions. This role requires a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, as you will be working with data to identify trends and opportunities.
You will be expected to partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, develop candidate pipelines, and source and market talent. This role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to select the top candidates for further on-site visits and extending offers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of labor market conditions and be able to use external scanning tools to understand the market. You will also need to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, as well as two years of recruiting/sourcing experience.
A certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI or SHRM is highly preferred, and experience in healthcare or RPO is also beneficial.
