- Conduct KPI reviews and performance management to align with company goals.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- A Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in employee relations or as an HR business partner.
- Passion for HR and a strong understanding of business operations.
