Job Description
This position is responsible for providing excellent on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to each customer assigned. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently, manage a swimming pool route, and diagnose issues with pool equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean swimming pools on a weekly basis and manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks
- Manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool
- Repair various types of pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, filters, timers, and lights
- Utilize a smartphone for our proprietary software platform, Pool Ops
- Spot opportunities for upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience
Requirements
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- The ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Licensed in one of the following (if applicable to your state): Florida (CPC), Texas (Appliance License), California (D35)
