**Job Description:**
We are looking for a Logistics and Distribution Professional to lead our distribution operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing warehouse capacity forecasting, inbound shipments, inventory movement, and timely delivery of products to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage department budget and maximize dollars while reducing costs through improved performance and efficiencies
- Implement data-driven decision-making using real-time analytics, dashboards, KPI tracking, and process improvement methodologies
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party distribution partners and determine appropriate long-term distribution strategies to support company growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operations are supporting customer requirements and achieving fulfillment and delivery expectations
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 10 years' experience in distribution of consumer products or footwear/apparel in a wholesale or retail environment with an e-commerce component
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with implementing warehouse management systems and planning and forecasting
