**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Management Trainee. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving store performance and achieving business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Leading Teams**
- Teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
- Providing feedback, communicating, and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations
**Driving Store Performance**
- Utilizing technology, business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction to drive store performance
- Modeling and demonstrating exceptional customer service standards to store associates
**Development Opportunities**
- Providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates
- Coordinating, completing, and overseeing job-related activities and assignments
**Requirements**
- 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
- Fulfills any state or local requirements for working in retail, such as firearms- specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training
