Job Overview

The Shipping Manager will oversee shipping and receiving processes, manage inventory, and provide excellent customer service. This is a full-time on-site role located in Camarillo, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Ensure efficient delivery operations and timely order fulfillment
  • Work cross-functionally with inventory, production, and customer service teams
  • Lead, train, and develop shipping staff to maintain high performance and productivity

Requirements

  • MRP system experience (MAPICS MRP a plus)
  • Forklift operation skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary

$30-$45/hr.
