Job Description:
Support the Sales Education Development Manager and the Sales Administration Manager in daily tasks such as updating contacts, price changes, Salesforce CRM administrative tasks, SPINS reports, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Salesforce CRM administrative tasks and ongoing support, including updating customer contacts, onboarding and offboarding users, setting up reports, troubleshooting, communicating platform changes, and managing contacts and emails.
- Manage Irwin Displays and Quotes, update price changes to all sales platforms, and upload materials monthly onto current education sites and other training platforms, assisting with communication updates to the sales team.
- Run bulk Excel reports in the SPINS database for analytics, sales slides, and KAM team product category reviews.
- Assist with checklists for onboarding and offboarding sales personnel and perform monthly special projects as needed.
