We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Conversion Specialist to join our Converting Manufacturing team. In this role, you will partner with our Outside Sales Converting team to serve new and existing customers by identifying their needs, engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to improve business and create solutions that serve both Saunders Corp. and R.S. Hughes' customers. This role is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
- Establish effective relationships with new and existing customers to identify current and future service requirements.
- Guide and assist customers with product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Routinely receive new and existing sales opportunities, review RFQs, and ensure all necessary data is present.
