About the Role

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, associates, and property, while also developing and implementing effective strategies to prevent loss and minimize risk.
Main Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of associates to ensure effective execution of security duties
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies and community groups
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; minimum 8 years' experience in security department or related field
- 5 years' experience in casino security, law enforcement, corrections, industrial, or private security
- Prior security experience in casino gaming is highly desirable
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
- Ability to complete Incident Management System course within one year of employment
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
