Job Summary:
Park Facility Repairer
**Job Responsibilities:**
We are seeking a skilled Park Facility Repairer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all facilities and equipment in the park.
* Conduct daily inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and tightening parts to prevent wear and tear on equipment.
* Diagnose and repair problems with facilities and equipment using knowledge of mechanical systems, including engines, motors, hydraulics, conveyors, and electrical equipment.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
**Requirements:**
* 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Working Conditions:**
* Work is performed in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to loud noises, moving mechanical parts, and inclement weather conditions.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
