Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Implement Crazy Shirts sales techniques to drive sales growth and build relationships with customers.
- Maintain store image and visual standards, including restocking and cleaning.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds and securing cash funds.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience is helpful, but not required.
- Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication.
- Able to pass a background screening process.
