Retail Operations Director

Job Overview:

The Retail Operations Director will lead the development and implementation of operational initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience in our retail stores. This includes managing a team of customer-facing staff, developing and implementing processes to drive sales volume and KPI goals, and analyzing customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, including experience supervising training, quality, and customer service. Strong leadership and communication skills are also essential for success in this role.
