About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Banking Specialist. As a key member of our financial center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and executing various client transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Client Interactions: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
- Cash Management: Handle large amounts of cash in an organized, timely, and accurate fashion, balancing own cash drawer daily within prescribed guidelines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with banking courses a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in a goal-oriented sales or customer service environment, with cash handling experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication (verbal/written) skills, ability to identify customer needs, basic computer skills, and interpersonal skills.
