We are seeking a dedicated recruitment specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support our recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process that aligns with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Serve as candidates' primary point of contact, providing timely updates and facilitating a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage calendars, and ensure all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and employment records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support for onboarding by preparing documentation, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have the necessary resources.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Help organize and attend recruitment events such as job fairs and campus visits to attract potential candidates.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with other HR-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Educational background in Business Administration or a related field.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- At least one year of experience in recruitment or a similar HR support role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
