Job Overview:
The Head of Quality will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the quality management system. This includes managing supplier relationships, customer scorecards, and talent management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Suppliers: Plan, manage, and coordinate all facets of the quality operation to ensure outstanding supplier relationships.
- Customer Scorecards: Establish early warning systems to ensure all customer scorecards are at 100%.
- Talent Management: Oversee diversity, equity, and inclusion, learning and development, performance management, and succession planning within the team.
- Organizational Policies: Assist with creating and implementing policies and procedures to establish responsibilities for attaining objectives.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with increasing management and supervisory responsibility is required. Experience with IATF audits is necessary.
