Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our EMC Laboratory and Certification business. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust quality program, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17065 standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Lead quality system audits and develop corrective action plans to address any non-conformities.
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure safe work practices and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track quality metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the service industry.
- Advanced written and oral communication skills to build effective working relationships with customers, subordinates, and peers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
Desirable Skills
- EMC and Radio/Wireless equipment testing experience.
- Thorough understanding of FCC and EU/ETSI regulations.
- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma operational experience.
