We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our production process. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machining and quality inspection.
The Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintaining detailed quality control documentation and generating inspection reports.
- Identifying and resolving quality issues with production teams, minimizing downtime and scrap.
- Overseeing first-article inspections (FAI) and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- CNN & Manufacturing Support: Overseeing CNN machinists, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met.
- Shipping & Receiving: Managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in orders and documentation.
- Plant Management Support: Supporting the Plant Manager in daily operations and workforce coordination.
