About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our QMS to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing defects and improving efficiency.
- Analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize quality performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure seamless supply chain management and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Knowledge of statistical process control, root cause analysis, and lean principles.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for meetings and audits.
