Overview of the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complete order life cycles from inception to delivery.
Your primary focus will be on answering all customer requests/inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner, pricing verification, managing change orders and additional components, scheduling all orders and gathering requirements, following up on submittals for timely approval and processing, and coordinating with multiple teams and departments to ensure accurate and on-time product delivery.
You will also be responsible for daily management of job progress and customer satisfaction, assisting in scheduling field support visits to resolve issues and follow up on satisfactory resolution, maintaining system data accuracy and integrity, and participating in team meetings.
Requirements
- Ability to manage an order throughout its complete life cycle.
- Ability to read/interpret civil engineering plans and CP&P production drawings.
- Familiarity with precast concrete production systems and processes is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in customer service, project management, or construction site development.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education/training or combination of education/experience preferred.
