Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Program Director. This position will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Expeditions program, ensuring effective and efficient execution, and cultivating strong community partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as acting Executive Director for 8 weeks of the year
- Coach and support Expeditions teachers, staff, and contractors
- Communicate and collaborate with other school and network leadership
Community Partnerships and Recruitment
- Develop and cultivate relationships with community partners
- Manage systems and processes to support community partnerships
- Develop and maintain criteria for community partners
Student Experience Management and Scheduling
- Ensure students have robust opportunities to explore their passions
- Support design of Expeditions schedule in collaboration with other leaders
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Teaching Credential in relevant state required
- Prior teaching experience required
