Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC plasma table for cutting piece parts and steel plate
- Verify conformance of machined work to specifications
- Read and interpret machining instructions, job orders, and blueprints
- Select and set cutting speeds, feed rates, depths of cuts, and cutting tools
In addition, you will be responsible for inspecting and performing minor maintenance on assigned machines, maintaining shop equipment, tools, and production records, as well as maintaining an inventory of materials.
