About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing the maintenance and production activities at our assigned airfield. Responsibilities:
- Ensure sufficient manpower, technical data, tools, and equipment are available for planned work and shift coverage
- Monitors attendance and approves timecards
- Assigns overtime as necessary
- Applies Company policy and procedures pertaining to the promotion, training, discipline, and termination of employees
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
