About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Project Coordinator to coordinate and oversee engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee engineering projects from planning to completion.
- Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, control project costs, and ensure compliance with budget.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise for capital projects, maintenance activities, and production operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: >5 years experience in chemical manufacturing, strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (OHSAS, EPA, DOT).
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, human relations skills with emphasis on oral and written communication, ability to influence groups without direct supervisory responsibility, strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, SAP).
