Under supervision, the successful candidate will manage multiple projects of small to medium scope, analyzing operational procedures to develop, validate, and deploy labor standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline and intermediate skill level in computer and systems use (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, perform, and conduct protocols for new materials and processes to ensure new products meet quality and performance standards.
- Enhance existing procedures through statistical analysis, inspections, and validation activities.
- Support ways to increase operational productivity by analyzing costs related to capital expenditures and determining breakeven points and associated hard and soft savings.
- Conduct training on quality assurance and engineering concepts and tools as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
