We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide non-surgical primary care to patients, leading and coordinating the efforts of medical staff to optimize patient well-being.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to ethical standards, compliance with healthcare regulations, and a patient-centered approach in managing acute and chronic illnesses. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate patient documentation while promoting health education and quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include examining patients, obtaining medical histories, treating acute and chronic illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and creating treatment plans. Additionally, you will collaborate on improvements in care delivery and service with staff, other physicians, and management.
Required qualifications include a degree in medicine (MD or DO) with ABIM-recognized internal medicine residency or ABFM-recognized family medicine residency. Preferred qualifications include professional clinical experience in primary care practice, either family medicine or internal medicine.
