About the Role
">This is a challenging opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner to join our team and provide high-quality primary care services to patients. As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with diverse needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs;
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits;
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits;
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams;
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures;
Requirements and Qualifications
">- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification;
- Licensed in California, obtained by start date;
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1 year in an urgent care setting;
- Experience in LARC (IUD Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus;
