Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in precision metal fabrication, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required qualifications include:
- Vocational or technical training beyond high school and at least 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret and generate CNC code using CAM software.
- Expertise in setup, tooling selection, and operation of CNC and manual milling machines, lathes, and other machine shop auxiliary machinery.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Gibbs brand CAM software and familiarity with machine shop fabrication processes and machines.
