We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a senior nuclear operator leader. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct oversight of our nuclear power generating station operations, including directing reactor operators in controlling plant operations and authorizing maintenance and testing activities.
You will also be responsible for implementing emergency operating procedures, evaluating and responding to issues, and overseeing special projects. Additionally, you will create and revise emergency operating procedures, review system documentation, and provide operability reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nuclear power operations and a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
