Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubricating services and inspecting equipment.
- Conduct MSHA pre-shift safety inspections and ensure a safe work environment for self and others.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in heavy duty maintenance or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Ability to work at heights up to 100 feet and tolerate working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform duties for 8-12 hours, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
