Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee all plant operations, production, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production control principles, plant management, and supervisory policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to align with customer demand
- Monitor and adjust production techniques for safety, throughput, standardization, and quality; identify improvement opportunities & create action plans
- Co-own accountability for inventory and supply opportunities; influence supply chain partners and internal team to resolve relevant issues
- Monitor the quality of incoming materials (resin, accessories, etc.)
- Monitor the quality of finished products
- Ensure material requirements and planning are coordinated with production needs
- Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives and activities
Work Environment:
The Plant Manager will work closely with various departments, including Production Logistics, Human Resources, Maintenance, and Finance. The successful candidate will be able to motivate individuals and teams to meet specified deadlines and evaluate and address personnel issues.
