- Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goals and safety standards are consistently met.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure production meets regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and optimize plant performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- SUPervise and manage plant staff, providing training and support as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, technical, or management roles within a continuous process plant.
