Job Description
The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and inspection of various systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements
- A two-year technical degree or greater; or high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months experience or training; or combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
- Maintenance experience preferred.
