We are looking for an experienced Service and Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels.
Your primary goal will be to identify and assess customer needs to improve customer satisfaction, handle customer questions, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the required time limits.
You will also be responsible for accurately capturing customer information related to payment, contract questions, billing, and cancellation, as well as handling delinquents with calls, emails, letters, and reporting.
Additional responsibilities will include processing cancellations & refunds, verifying and setting up payments, taking overflow queue calls for quoting, and assisting with admin duties.
Key qualifications for this role include a minimum of one year of prior experience in customer service, call center and/or collections, a strong team mentality that emphasizes collaboration and support, and the ability to work independently and part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office is required, with intermediate PC skills and AS4000 experience being a plus.
