">The Pharmacy Clerk in the Central Fill Pharmacy plays a vital role in packaging prescriptions and preparing them for shipping. This production-based environment requires consistent and continuous workflow to meet team goals and individual hourly production targets.
">- Handles HIPAA-sensitive information and medication data while performing prescription packaging tasks. ">
- Utilizes handheld scanners to sort prescriptions efficiently. ">
- Verifies accurate locations by scanning bin barcodes, ensuring correct placement of prescriptions. ">
- Conducts audits on closed bins by comparing physical counts with tote manifest systematic counts, reporting discrepancies to management. ">
- Ensures compliance with standard operating procedures by analyzing application screens and pop-up windows containing HIPAA-sensitive information. ">
- Records total bins created in the system, verifying that the total tote system count equals the physical count, and obtains signatures from pickup drivers for chain of custody audit (COC) verification. ">
- Restocks workstations with daily supply needs and performs basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash removal, surface wiping, and sweeping. ">
- Duplicates and records series of numbers on shipping labels for proof of delivery (POD), verifying and signing off on recordings for accuracy. ">
Minimum Job Qualifications
">This role requires:
">- A High School Degree or equivalent experience. ">
- One year of experience in a warehouse, retail, or customer service setting. ">
- BASIC computer skills. ">
- Effective communication skills for successful team collaboration. ">

Schedule
">Monday-Thursday: 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm, Sunday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime.
