Your primary responsibilities will include providing outcome-based solutions for our physician referral sources and existing patient population. You will work closely with clinical, sales, and service departments to ensure seamless interactions and timely order completion. In addition, you will prepare and analyze billing paperwork for patient services, troubleshoot issues with existing patients, and recommend products or services to management based on patient information and needs. Active participation in the training of new customer service and sales personnel is also an essential aspect of this role.

A high school diploma or equivalent and proven work experience are required for this position. Strong multitasking capabilities, computer and technological literacy, and a positive professional image are essential qualities for success in this role.
