- Provide individualized patient care through effective relationship-based nursing practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practices.
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay current with best practices.
Requirements
- Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing or Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- One year of RN experience required.
- $4000 Sign On Bonus for external candidates with 1 year of RN experience.
