- Review body shop estimates to verify correct parts and pricing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers, exceeding their expectations.
- Pull and fill orders, maintaining weekly stock checks for accuracy and completeness.
- Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials needing immediate attention, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Locate out-of-stock parts and submit emergency orders when necessary, minimizing delays and disruptions.
