Requirements: 2-3 years of prior experience in an automotive parts role (dealership preferred or strong success in retail parts). Strong customer service and communication skills. Tech-savviness with strong computer skills. Self-motivation, reliability, and a strong team player mentality. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record necessary.
