Job Overview
">The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle by facilitating customer orders for products via order entry and basic account servicing. This individual will work closely with internal and external customers to collect customer information and product specifications, and process new purchase orders into the system.

- Process new orders into the system, including delivery or shipping requirements ">
- Notify plant personnel of special orders and maintain clear communication ">
- Route supplies and materials to work areas to initiate production ">
- Handle inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, exhibiting excellent service and follow-through ">
- Prioritize workload as necessary, selecting from multiple alternatives to meet business needs ">
- Verify shipping reports against packing lists and review customer transaction reports ">
Requirements

- One to two years related experience and/or training ">
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents ">
