**About the Role:**
This is a non-exempt, full-time position that pays $17-$20 per hour based on experience. As an Order Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
**Responsibilities Include:**
* Receive and check incoming pick tickets
* Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, etc.
* Stage the product on pallets for production usage
* Build pallets with orders and position them in queue areas
* Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
* Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions
* Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
