Training and Development: Assess, identify, and address training opportunities, including job skills training and goal setting; facilitate effective team meetings, and rewards and recognizes the team's progress.
Process Improvement: Anticipates, plans, and monitors line set-up & changeovers to occur in an efficient manner, records daily production results to plan, and assigns employees and resources as needed to meet daily production plans.
Continuous Improvement: Participate and lead continuous improvement events, proactively supports company policies and strategies.
