As a Production Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include supervising MAU staff on rotating shifts, adapting work scheduling based on production flow, acting as Subject Matter Expert on process improvements, ensuring process completion per SQDC standards, complying with all federal, state, and local laws, managing raw materials with critical process control variables, and prioritizing safety in all operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 3 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include Lean Greenbelt certification, training in root cause analysis, and forklift operation experience.
