Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership for shipping and receiving, thermoplastics, inventory control, and/or assembly departments.
Main Duties:
- Lead the team in implementing continuous improvement processes and principles of servant leadership.
- Develop and implement SOP's that meet FDA and ISO requirements.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety rules and recommending improvements.
- Communicate effectively with employees, other departments, and external entities.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring new employees.
- Train employees and follow up to ensure effectiveness of training.
- Develop employees to enable further career growth.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in management, manufacturing, business, or other relevant field.
- One to three years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse leadership.
- Or five years of experience in a relevant leadership role.
- Or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one year of relevant leadership experience.
