Job Summary
This STNA role involves providing skilled nursing care to post-acute residents in their homes. You will be responsible for supporting residents with basic activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, personal hygiene, and grooming, as well as maintaining a clean, sanitary, and hazard-free environment to protect resident health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to post-acute residents in their homes

- Assist with transportation and movement of residents around the facility as needed
- Document and report resident vital signs and update the nursing team on physical and mental conditions
Qualifications
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and social skills
