Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse to join our team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and making sound clinical decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physiologic health status
- Conduct patient interviews, explain policies and procedures
- Evaluate patients' gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, and neurological health status
- Develop criteria for measurement of patient outcomes
- Formulate plans of care, establish priorities, and coordinate care activities
- Implement plans of care, maintain vigilance over patients' care, and provide emotional support
- Evaluate care provided, measure effectiveness, and document same
- Collaborate with other care team members, communicate effectively, and provide direction
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
- BCLS and ACLS certifications preferred
